• We only ask which document types you hold — never ID numbers, dates of birth or document images through this form.
• Your payment is only taken for a check we can carry out, and we email the secure verification link once payment clears.
• We use the information you give us only to assess and carry out your verification check — this is part of our contract with you, not marketing consent, and we never use it for anything else.
• If the answers you give turn out to be wrong and the check fails, no refund can be given — the cost of the check is incurred from the moment we start it.
